Open Whisper Systems Releases Signal into the Google Play Store

Open Whisper Systems, the company behind TextSecure, had released an iOS-only app called Signal. Good news, Signal is now available for Android in the Google Play Store. Those who already have the TextSecure app installed, will have it updated to Signal.
